4.2 Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

5.2 Emergency protocols and procedures, including contact information for local medical facilities, are in place.

 

6. Venue and Accommodations

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to two weeks before the event.

8.2 Cancellations within the two-week window will result in a 50% refund.

8.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven days of the event.
