4. Code of Conduct

4.2 Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.


5. Medical Information and Emergency Protocols

5.2 Emergency protocols and procedures, including contact information for local medical facilities, are in place.


6. Venue and Accommodations

6.1 The retreat takes place in a private residence not affiliated with the retreat organization.

6.2 Participants are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation.


7. Confidentiality

7.1 Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding their own experiences and those of others.

7.2 Personal information will be handled with the utmost discretion and will not be shared without explicit consent.


8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to two weeks before the event.

8.2 Cancellations within the two-week window will result in a 50% refund.

8.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven days of the event.


9. Insurance

9.1 The retreat does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

9.2 Participants are strongly encouraged to have their own health insurance.


10. Acknowledgment of Risk
