Set and Setting

Internal States + External environments = Our Experience.

The intent is to elevate your mind(set), by way of an enhanced setting, resulting in a truly immersive experience.

Event kicks off at noon. The experience will dive deep into individual exploration, and culminate with a group activity to share what we’ve unearthed.

First, a live sound bath paired with guided meditation. The sound bath is composed of electronic and analog instruments. All improvised, nothing recorded. As if the ambient textures are themselves ALIVE. Contracting and expanding sounds that impart the feeling of being on a journey through time, setting(space), and (mind)set.

Following the performance, we will bring our internal experiences to life with a group art project. Personal expression leading to a collective connection. On top of transforming our mindset, the main benefit is birthing more genuine connections. To friends new and old.

*We want to elevate the vibe with some fun wardrobes. Would love if you can rock some fur coats. If you don’t have fur, any funky get up will do!

What should you bring?

We will host the performance outside (weather permitting) so bring your coziest fur coat in order to be extra warm (and comfortable). Dont forget to bring the following:

• Water bottle
• Yoga mat 
• Pillow 
• Blanket
• Fur coat

How long is the performance?

The whole performance should last around 1.5-2 hours with an open hang afterwards!
